BASIC TO INTERMEDIATE OIL PAINTING (NEW NIGHT CLASSES OIL PAINTING!)

Whether you are a beginner and want to learn the basics of oil painting or you’ve painted in oils before and want to take it to the next level, Anne can work with you at your own pace. Learn basic color mixing, brushstrokes and other techniques in this on-going class. Lessons in perspective and composition will be incorporated as needed. Limited to 6 students per class. New and returning students welcome.

BASIC TO ADVANCED OIL PAINTING (DAY CLASSES)

INTRODUCTION TO OIL PAINTING TWO-DAY WORKHSOP
Session 1: Saturday/Sunday May 18 and 19
Session 2: Saturday/Sunday July 13 and 14
This 2-day workshop is a crash course for those interested in beginning oil painting. Each lesson will be chock full of information that is designed to shave years off of the learning curve! We will be using a very limited palette, which will keep your investment at a minimum, while offering almost unlimited color possibilities. Meets as a two-day workshop. Plan to bring your lunch. Limited to 8 students per session.
FEE: $95, plus supply kit ($125 plus tax).
INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED OIL PAINTING
A follow up to and continuation of the Introduction class, the Intermediate-level classes include lectures and hands-on instruction to help students improve skills whether painting landscapes, still lifes or portraits. Students will study composition and design as well as how to more accurately see value and color. They may also bring any unfinished work that they would like help in completing. Limited to 8 students. Meets in 6-week sessions.
