Our goal at Casa de Linda is to offer the most affordable classes as possible and not require parents/students to purchase a bunch of expensive supplies just to try out a technique or create one project. This is why we include the basic supplies, as well as use of brushes, tools and equipment needed to finish your projects, in the fee when possible.
Since we offer a full and extensive Summer Art Camp program at Casa de Linda uring the summer months, we suspend our after-school and Saturday classes for children. Please visit this page again in August to see what we have lined up for the fall!

ON-GOING CLASSES
BASIC PAINTING AND DRAWING FOR AGES 10-16
Instructor: Linda Calvert Jacobson
Students progress at their own pace in these small, on-going acrylic painting and drawing classes in 6-week sessions. These classes are designed for serious students who want learn how to paint or draw. Using a limited palette of 8 colors, they will learn how to mix all of their colors as well as painting techniques, principles of composition and more. If drawing is their passion, they will learn how to look at proportions, perspective and more. Limited to 6 students.
DATES: Meets Thursdays After School during the fall and spring semesters (please ask about exact times)
FEE: $125 for 6 classes; plus $95 painting starter kit or $35 drawing kit for new students
