FUSED GLASS JEWELRY MAKING (Full but taking names for waiting list!)

You’ve seen fused glass jewelry in upscale gift shops and galleries. Now you can learn how to make your own works of art! Using Dichroic glass, jewelry tools and microwave “kilns,” students will design a one-of-a-kind fused-glass pin and earrings. Choose from either a Monday or a Saturday session, or take them both!

STAINED GLASS: BASIC LEAD

Enter the dazzling and light-filled world of stained glass. In this 5-week course we focus on traditional, old-world methods and skills for leading glass. You’ll produce two projects: a 10x14 panel and a sun catcher. Choose your design from more than a dozen designs available. Learn proper pattern making, glass selection and cutting, fitting, soldering and more. Limited to 4 students per session. May be repeated with different patterns. Choose between Saturday mornings or Tuesday afternoons.

MOSAICS
Instructor: Lynette Clauser
One of the oldest artforms, mosaics can bring new life to something that might otherwise be discarded. Join Lynette in the magical journey of turning an ordinary objects into something extraordinary through the application of pieces of tiles, broken china, seashells, found objects and more. Choose from two workshops. In the first workshop, you provide the object (an old bowling ball, flat-sided glass vase, music instrument no longer in use, serving tray, etc.). Lynette will provide all of the mosaic materials and supplies. Meets as a 2-day workshop. In Session II, you’ll complete a project in one day, (project to be announced).
